How our rates work
No price list — a written quote for your cargo, usually within one working day.
Why every job is quoted on its own
We do not publish a price list. Logistics rates depend on how much you move, how long it stays, where it goes, what the cargo is and when it moves. A written quote for your job is the only accurate price.
What drives a storage rate
- How it is charged: per pallet, CBM, square metre or container
- How long the goods stay
- Temperature: dry, AC, chilled or frozen
- Handling in and out, and any value-added work
- The location, such as JAFZA, DIC, DWC or DIP
What drives a transport rate
- The route and the border crossing
- The truck: full trailer, or a 1-ton, 3-ton or 10-ton truck
- Pickup and delivery points
- Timing and how urgent it is
- The cargo and the documents it needs

Questions about rates
Why don't you publish prices?
Because no two shipments cost the same. Volume, duration, route, cargo type and timing all change the rate, so a fixed price list would be wrong for most customers. We quote each job in writing instead.
How fast do I get a quote?
Usually within one working day once we have the details listed above.
Is there a minimum charge for storage?
Yes, a small minimum storage and handling charge applies. It is shown in the quote.
