How it works
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between stuffing and cross-stuffing?
Stuffing loads cargo into a container and destuffing unloads it. Cross-stuffing moves cargo directly from one container into another, for example to change the carrier or replace a damaged box.
How long does destuffing take?
About an hour for a palletised container; usually 2–3 hours for loose cargo, depending on quantity. Including inspection and release, a 20 ft container usually takes 1 working day and a 40 ft 1–2 working days.
Do you handle reefer and frozen containers?
Yes.
How is it charged?
It is quoted per job, based on the container size, the cargo, the labour and equipment, and any palletising or lashing.
